In ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 I have an error when I try to configurate License:
FLEXlm error: Cannot read data from license server Error (-15,10)
Cause: Server may not be start.
Solution: Start server by using Licence manager tool
: Start\All programs\ArcGIS\Licence manager (9.x)\Licence manager tools
in Start/Stop/ReRead tab, click Start to start sever and then ReRead licence file
if it shows massage: server starting is ok, if not you can change click on Stop, Start, ReRead licence file alternetively
